How to Reset Carrier Registration Form

If you've edited the carrier registration form on your website, there is an easy way to set it back to the default form. This will set the form back to how it originally was when you first created your website.

Just go to the carrier registration page on your website. Click the "edit" button. Then add this code in the box that says "Create your form here". This will cause the origonal carrier registration form to show up.
